    • VIP tickets are valid during business hours only:
      9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AWST, Monday to Friday. Responses outside of these hours are not guaranteed.

    • One query per submission:
      Each VIP ticket submission is limited to one query. If multiple queries are included in a single submission, only the first query will be addressed.

    • Fee coverage:
      The fee covers the cost of one VIP ticket submission for a single query. Each query will receive a reasonable response aimed at resolution, as determined by an LMS Support technician.
